We just upgraded our ALM site admin (qcsiteadmin_db) from 11.52 to 12.21 then to 12.55. We have a lot of users in Quality Center that have been gone for a long time. I believe we were told years ago that if we deleted them it would screw up history on the defects. Is that the case still or can I clean up?

How can I migrate all my QC users to another QC instance? We installed a new test QC instance. Now for testing purpose we need to migrate all users in Site Admin ->Site Users of old environment to the Site Admin of new instance. But we did not find any option to do that. Can you please let us know?
