Using Sprinter mirroring, if you take snapshots per some steps/status milestones on a secondary machine, they do not appear to be saved to ALM. Primary machine shots do appear. Is this normal?

I'm trying to install Sprinter 11 on a workstation, but the install appears to be hanging on the "Registering modules" phase. Has anyone see this issue? I'm afraid to kill the installation, but it's been like this for 15 minutes. Thanks.

We are concerned that some other application may be conflicting with Sprinter (11.0) on some of our users' PC's, which ports are used by Sprinter and how do we know which ports are being used by other applications?

Hello, we are seeing an issue about the pdm.dll file needing to be updated. How do we find and update this file as it is discovered during installation and flagged? Thanks, HomerJ
