Hi, I'm trying to modify the body of the QC automail feature so that I can add/hide certain fields that's appropriate for the project. I know it's possible through the workflow, I'm just not sure how to do it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks~

Currently, defect emails rules are set to where an email should be sent to the individual when the Assigned and Status changes. But individuals are complaining that they are not getting emails when the defect is assigned to them.
