Hello. I am running my UFT GUI tests locally through ALM, and once the test completes, I still see the run box staying open and indicating that the test is running. When I start Sprinter, it gets to the "Loading HP ALM file ##/##" stage and hangs there. I have closed using task manager and restarted Sprinter several times, but it continues to hang in this same spot. How can I resolve this issue?
