We somehow messed up our LAB_PROJECT and are getting errors relating to it. We DO have the old QC11.52 server and it has the Lab_Project database and repository. Can we just "restore" it like we do for other projects and then do a verify/repair/upgrade?

I am trying to use a QCP (project export) file to make a copy of a project. We have done this many times in QC11 by editing the DBID.xml file in the QCP/ZIP file so that it has a different Project Unique Identifier (PUID) - we just changed the last 4 characters to something else to make it different...

Can ALM 11.52 be installed on top of 11.0.0.7274 (Patch 9) ? Unfortunately installation of 11.52 on a fresh server is not an option.

We need to setup our 11.52 QC/ALM server to use SSL. It uses JETTY (all 11.x versions of QC/ALM do), and most examples are for JBOSS.

We have a very large project in QC 11.52 (with ORACLE), how to improve performance on the database or app side? Our new production environment seems to hang a bit on the GetRunValue when we click on a testset with large number of tests up to 9-10k or when we click on the test run module. Sometimes t...

I posted a question earlier about how to archive our QC11.xx projects. We have since upgraded everything to ALM/QC12.53 (the latest version as of today), but the issue crossed my mind about how to make the archives easiest to work with in the future. What do we do with our archives from QC11.52 and ...

We are trying to restore and upgrade a QC11 project into QC11.52 and are getting a simple error dialog-box that just says: "Failed to restore project" We checked the DBID.XML to make sure it is referring to the correct Database name, database Server (SQL-Server), repository (project director...
