We've been upgrading our Windows 10 build 1903 to Windows 10 build 1909 and now our UFT scripts won't run. Has anyone seen this? Is there a remedy? UFT will launch but the scripts won't execute.

We have been told that Windows DEP (data execution prevention) can sometimes interfere with QC and QCP integrations (some activities are percieved as data execution). How can we disable this windows "feature" (and possibly re-enable later)?

We have a strict company policy not allowing admin rights on our UFT client machines. These machines have UAC enabled. Currently, when using UFT 12.5x and ALM 12.5x, admin rights are required for working with tests stored in ALM. Any way around this?

I know this sounds a little strange, but is there any way to have QuickTest read values stored in the registry at all? I would like to be able to validate an installation routine via automation and need to check that information was written correctly to the registry.

Our new notebooks and desktop systems use Windows 7. Any ideas when Quality Center will support Windows 7 clients?

Is there by chance a way for our users to drag the UFT Record toolbar to the top of their screens in Windows? They have both Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines.

I am wanting to automate an uninstall of an application or applications possibly in my QuickTest Pro script. Is there any way to uninstall an application? I don't see any built in functions to do this?

We're getting this error when installing QTP on a Windows 2008 server: > You must use the Role Management Tool to install or configure Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 Does anyone know what the heck this means and what we do about it? Thanks!
