ALM is keep creating error logs and 9 GB dump files named - hs_err_pid12680.mdmp under C:\ProgramData\HP\ALM\server. Can we delete them?

We are using MF-Connect version 4.4We are syncing between Octane and Azure DevOps. In Octane I have added "uns" to ATTACHMENTS_FILE_EXTENSION_WHITE_LIST and I can successfully attach a file in Octane with file type of uns. I am trying to install Sprinter v15.1 to validate the integrity of Sprinter with ALM v15.5. Sprinter installation links are not working. When i click on the Install Sprinter link, it is freezing. I have to open task manager to close this window.

I have a user who is trying to get the excel add-in installed. We uninstalled all older versions then installed the x86 .exe for his 32 bit excel. It all installed correctly but when the user tries to connect it says immediately says it cannot connect to the ALM server.

I downloaded from one project excel report and get access to publish to the Azure Devops. But in one of our project Excel report not available, I checked Site Administration ENABLE_CREATE_LEGACY_EXCEL_REPORT is created and value is Y. Could you please help me with that?I appreciate your support

We are migrating alm assets from ALM 12.63 to Jira on premise and we are being requested to also include attachments with reference to the defect id. we have been using the csv importer. Any suggestions or solutions? Thanks
