When trying to create a new folder in Analysis View I am receiving this error. It happens anywhere inside of the view when trying to create something. Having installed LoadRunner 11.0x (With all patches) on a system that has no direct Internet connection, some product components (VuGen, Controller, etc) are Very slow to startup. The startup is taking4-5 minutes.

We are seeing that if the SLA is set, export summary to excel option is missing no icon or Menu option (View>Export to Excel). Only after the SLA is deleted are we able to export the summary to excel. Could you please let me know how to over come this issue?
