HP issues patches all too often. Do I have to install all the patches in order like QTP?

I need to repair my QTP 10 and when I go to the control panel it asking for the install media (software). My Network person is on vacation this week and I can not get to the original install media. Is there some other way to repair QTP with out the media?

We are planning on setting up an LDAP server to use with the QC Testing Server. 1) Anyone have any quick and easy instrucitons? 2) Can the LDAP server be on the same server as QC?

I am having problems installing QTP 10.0, the installation hangs at "Registering Modules" and never will progress. There are notes on another site to go to the task manager and kill a process to get the install complete. I do not want to kill the process for every machine I have to install. ...

Starting with a clean install of ALM 11, should I apply SP2 and then install the PC extension and its SP2, or start with ALM + PC extension and then apply SP2 to both products?

When I am installing QTP 11 I get error message "Source file not found" ... \\QuickTest\\MSI\\dat\\qt_exec.cfg. Does anybody know why I am getting this? I know I have the correct QTP install media.

We are upgrading our desktops to Windows 7, 64 bit and are unable to get our current version of QTP 10 to work successfully with it. Help please.
