Anyone else experienceing this. After we installed ALM/QC Patch 06, our response time is REALLY slow. Take al long time to drill down through the folder structure in the Test Plans module. Thanks in advance.

We purchased ALM 11. We were informed not to install Patch 1, but are having some issues with our current system and are hoping that Patch 2 resolves some of them. Hello, During our patching process we are receiving an error about a PID process active and that is blocking the patch from continuing to install. Is this normal and expected behavior? Thanks for assistance, HomerJ

After patching our server, we have 2 users who cannot seem to access ALM. We tried the uninstall tool to do a wipe on bother users machines. One one IE just loads blank and is unresponsive. Not sure if this is an admin issue? IE 8 on Win7 for this user, though they should be on IE9. Second user was ...

We have QC 11 Enterprise Edition. Last week I received an auto notification that Patch 13 32-bit version was available. Does this patch work with QC 11 Enterprise, or only QC 11 ALM? In other words - should we be trying to apply patch 13 or patch 12?

I have to uninstall a QTP patch, but our IT department has restricted us from uninstalling updates from the Control Panel> Uninstall a Program. Do I have any alternative?
