I would like my project users to get familiar with the ALM Web Client. However, until workflow rules can be implemented, I prefer we enter data using the ALM Desktop Client. How can I enforce this?

I am trying to use data hiding for users to limit access to certain folders in Test Plan. When I hide a specific folder, all folders within that contain no test cases are hidden. Is there a fix or work around available?

We are trying to selectively roll-out the new Web Client, but don't want to expose it to all users and if possible, even enable it project-by-project. Can that be controlled somehow?
