What are the switches to do a silent install of the QC/ALM client?

I can't figure out how to install the Excel Add-in on my ALM/QC clients in a silent/unattended manner. Help!

When I create a Pie Graph in Analysis View and then apply to my Dashboard Page, the X/Y-Axis labels overlap and are difficult to read. Any help?

Currently, defect emails rules are set to where an email should be sent to the individual when the Assigned and Status changes. But individuals are complaining that they are not getting emails when the defect is assigned to them.
