When we open a TSR file that is saved as a Resource in ALM11, there are some objects that are not accessible. We would like to get your input on what may be causing this problem. These objects were accessible before we did the upgrade to ALM 11.

ExitAction method fails to perform its job of exiting from action. Environment Action > Action > Function Library > Function Library.

Normal procedure to close and exit QTP is followed. Help is closed, Object Repository is closed, associated libraries are closed, no other dialogs or windows of any applications are open yet the application thinks something with the object repository is still open.

Large temp files are being created in drive C when a script is loaded in QTP that used up hard disk space in our machine. Need a way to either redirect the creation of temp files from drive C to drive D or minimize the loading of temp files that uses up space in HD.

QTP Result Viewer crashes every time I open it, whether from within QTP or from the stand alone. No error message is given. I can also not get QTP to generate product information. QTP is installed on a VirtualBox 4 VM with 4 GB RAM Any ideas?
