Does anybody have suggestions for debugging a script that crashes QTP and AUT? I am not sure which line of the code is causing the problem. Running in debug step mode does not cause the problem. We need a way to check on server DB activity and on how it is utilizing the JAVA Heap. It seems that every once in awhile, we max-out on some activity that halts the QC server.

Do I need to do anything to activate the "Debug from Step" feature in UFT. I have the test script open, I put my curser on a line and then right click to bring up menu. I select "Debug from Step" but nothing happens. I also tried navigating to Debug from Step from the menu but still ...

We have a Java heap memory going low in our ALM Application server. When we run the debug console we get lot of information and I want to know what are the productive information which I can look for.

We often working with HP support to troubleshoot issues. We use ALM logging and sometimes forget to clean up the logs which leads to disk space issues. Is there a way to automatically clean up the logs in case we forget?
