Hello All,     We would like to implement LDAP authentication in ALM but we are currently using multiple LDAP servers within our company's IT infrastructure. Does ALM support a multi-server LDAP environment? If so, please share the parameters for setting this up this configuration. Thanks, HomerJ

Can both LDAP & QC Authentication be enabled at the same time? We users which are external to our Active Directory LDAP. We would like to give access. If they are not in LDAP they are unable to access QC - any workarounds?

In our Quality Center 12.6, LDAP setting is set to "Use default values for" "Active Directory". But now I would like to add some new users that authenticated locally by QC. Can this be done?

Hello All, We seem to be having an issue where the LDAP times out during periods of inactivity. What we are discovering is that we are using a VIP LDAP load balancer and over night or the weekend where the ALM services aren't being used the LDAP seems to time out. Restarting the server fixes the iss...
