Is there a way to change the default font in the requirements rich Text description field?

We are trying to download the attachments in the test plan from QC to local desktop. Can someone please provide an API code sample for this?

We are looking to lock the screenshots that the testers take to not allow others to see the data. Has anyone had the same problem and know of a way to lock the the attachments in the test runs.

Using cross project customization, when trying to apply the template changes to the project we recieve the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)) Does anyone know what this means?
