I have created a new field in for defect details and make the changes to the workflow for it to be visible , however I am not able to see it defect details.

I am trying to setup a poll query in connect all for ALM and I am a little confused, I am using the name of the field like this: BG_USER_01["READY FOR TEST" OR "NOT READY"] but when I run my sync connect all is not pulling any new records from ALM.

When I create a defect there is an attachment for system info that attaches to the ticket is there any way to view this file outside of ALM?

Hello. We are wanting to adjust the size of the text that is displayed in the ‘Description’ field in the auto-generated emails sent from within the Defects module. Is it possible to increase the font size for the Defect Description field contents that display in defect auto-generated emails?

One of our users has asked if we can modify the body of the defect emails to somehow highlight (or bold, etc.) the assignee of a defect and the defect's status. Hello. We're having some confusion on the automail feature in ALM. It's sending out automails from all projects with my name. I know why, but I don't know how to make it so that the system will send the email based on whoever makes the update? Can that name field be dynamic?
