How do we bring up the Tools page when using either ALM Explorer or ALM Client Launcher instead of IE? When I type in "http://qc/qcbin/addins.html" in the Address bar it just takes me to the ALM Desktop Client screen.

We are using ALM 15.01, the filter in the defect module is limited to 500 results only, We would like to know if there is a way to show all the results and not to have click on the "Retrieve all xxxx results"

We are upgrading to QC/ALM12.21 or 12.5 soon (still have not decided which) and have many old, unused projects. What is the best way to either off-load these from our server or "archive" them in such a way that we could load them up in case we need to look at some legacy information?
