Our company just bought some "Additional Requirements" licenses. How does Quality Center recognize the logged-on user is a "Requirements Only" user versus a "Full" QC user? How can we make sure the "Requirements Only" user only consumes a Requirements license?

How can I run reports on license usage? Site Analysis in Site Admin isn't quite getting me what I need. I want to be able to access the database directly for my own reporting, but don't know where to look.

One of our users was going to check out a QTP commuter license, but accidentally checked out a remote commuter license instead. I'm not really sure what the difference is, but we can't get it to check back in. Anyone know how to do it?

During the Server Configuration Wizard for the first time install of QC/ALM 11.5x, I tried pointing to my current v11.0 license file (with *.license extension), but it doesn't seem to recognize it?
