When attempting to login to ALM, Sprinter is throwing us a "Failed to connect to HP ALM" message. This is occurring for all users since we have upgraded to ALM 12.20 in our test environment.

In Sprinter 12.01, I have noticed if I hit pause during test recording of design steps, the application essentially is frozen at this point. You can't save or progress your work, and requires termination through task manager.

Where are the attachments during the Step captures stored for ALM that come from a saved Sprinter run? If you open the Test Case in ALM I can see the steps but I do not see the attachments. Is this only view-able during Sprinter Playback? This is on Sprinter 12.01 and ALM 11.52.

When I start Sprinter, it gets to the "Loading HP ALM file ##/##" stage and hangs there. I have closed using task manager and restarted Sprinter several times, but it continues to hang in this same spot. How can I resolve this issue?

We recently upgraded our ALM to 12.50 and now we can't connect to Sprinter. Does Sprinter require an upgrade as well?

When running Sprinter 12.50 tests in Chrome, we noticed that the Scanners (for spelling and other items) do not run. Is this correct?
