How can I point Quality Center to a new database server? My DBA had to move Oracle to a new server. How can I point QC to the new oracle server if I can not log into the site admin tool?

Our old Quality Center server is version 10. Our new one is version 11.52. The QC10 version is Oracle DB based, while the new 11.52 is SQL based. We successfully created a few new projects using a Oracle tablespace that is not encrypted. Now we plan on moving these projects to oracle database/tablespace that is ENCRYPTED. Would this database change be ok? Are you aware of any possible issues?

Our DBA team asked us to change our ALM instance for Oracle SCAN Listener. We updated our TNS Names with the new connection information. We changed the connection string for our projects and tested all of the connections in QC and they were successful. However, now we cannot access QC.
