Quality Center calculate the Actual Fix Time in days. Is there a method to calulate the defect age in minutes, hours, etc.?

We need to delete the "Reopen" defect status in v11 but the list is locked. Is this possible? Any ideas?

We are importing projects from an acquired. These project will be upgraded from v11.52 to v12.2. We have a request for the next defect Id to start at 10000 going forward. The last defect before the upgrade is 7541. Any ideas would be appreciated.

We are having an issue with one of our users. We are able to hide defect user defined fields on the form, but the fields still appear in the grid view.

Server crashes sometimes for ALM email notifications failing to send some defects with history. Anyone else encountering this?

Is there a way to hide a Defect tab without deleting the user field? I need it to disappear from the Defect grid screen as well as the Defect Details.
