I am Getting the error "The Ajax (Click & Script) protocols cannot record on 64-bit applications on single mode" while trying to record using Chrome browser ( Our Application supports only Chrome browser OS : Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit VuGen Version : 12.53 Protocol : Ajax (Click & Script)

We're trying to record a script to where we close our Windows Runtime application using ALT+F4 during the recording, but it doesn't seem to recognize/record the action. How can I get around this?

I am trying to record a web page with just Web Add and QTP. QTP does not record clicks on a web element. I can add the webelement manually to the Object Repository and then add code for play back. For some reason QTP will not record this actions. Does anybody know how I can get around the function?

I seem to be having some trouble recording my app on Citrix XenApp with UFT. It's listed as supported in the PAM, so I'm not sure if I need to configure anything or not.
