We are trying to configure an external SMTP server for QC. I do not see any mention of this in the Installation or Administration Guides. Any Ideas?

I was wondering if Quality Center has support for TLS/SSL-secured SMTP servers. The site administrator doesn't show any such option nor does the documentation indicate anything.

I am trying to setup the email server from QC 11.52 for our new QC server. We previously had email setup with QC 11 and I am using the exact same information for the email server with this QC server so I am trying to understand why QC cannot send the test email? We did not upgrade our old site admin...
