I am trying to connect to the ALM DB and I am not finding the username and password to be working! I also found that when I try to ping the database from Site Admin, it fails as well. How can I get that info or change that info?

I am connecting UFT to my oralce database. In doing so I am exposing my db username and password. Is there a way to mask the password so that I do not have to hard code it in my script? Does PC server access the DB through ALM-PC 11, through its own Db client, or both? Does PC have its own schema/tables outside of those associations with ALM-PC 11? (We hope to use Oracle for all DB needs.) Any suggestions would be great.
