In QC10, I'm looking for an easy way to filter and find users whenever I want to add them, but the "Import LDAP Users by Filter" doesn't seem to be working for me. I can see my list of folders and drill down to the users, but if I try to set a filter, I get no results...?

HI, I am having an issue where only a few users are having issues authenticating to the LDAP server. Some can't authenticate at all, and others are not able to authenticate every time, just every so often and we are unable to figure out any pattern to this. We have a QC/ALM 11.52 server that was working fine yesterday. We are using LDAP to authenticate passwords for QC. This morning, all of a sudden, nobody can login! we get: Message: Failed to login Please advise.

We are currently using ALM-PC 12.01.Our office switched to a new LDAP server, and now LDAP login is not recognized in ALM/PC Site Admin. I have tried logging in as the Site Administrator User using the user "administrator's credentials, but I still get a popup saying that there is an LDAP error....

We are currently using ALM-PC 12.01. Has anyone tried importing LDAP users by using the keyword functionality with success? We are in the process of plannying t to import LDAP users into our ALM-PC projects. Any input would be great.
