We are using UFT 14.02 and AutoPass License Server 9.3.1 and need to control license consumption for idle users that still have a license checked out. Is there a timeout for license release on idle machines? Is there a way to disconnect and idle user manually?

Our workers forget to close UFT. Is it possible to set an idle timeout from the license server to release an idle UFT client's concurrent license token back to the license server?

We received a new license, but it needs to replace what we already have instead of adding what's already there. How do I remove a LoadRunner v11.5x+ license from my controller?

We get the error above when logging in. What is funny is we don't have any BPT licenses. We are using ALM SaaS if that makes a difference.
