We are seeing an issue with UFT removing links from child nodes to the Start node in API tests. Our steps to reproduce (we have seen this done with other WSDLs too, for example the Flight API sample for the UFT tutorial): 1. Create new API test. 2. Import WSDL file WorkOrderService.wsdl 3. Go to Sta...

Using ALM 11.52, we use component testing with parameters. For one of our apps, there are 2 versions. So there are 2 components with parameters. The values are different based on the version of the application; however the component name and parameter names are the same. They were kept the same so a...

We have found a bug when using UFT 15.0.1 with ALM 15.0, with BPT tests you cannot map the columns from a data table to the parameters in a BPT test in either ALM or UFT. This issue is not seen when rolling back to UFT 14.53 Patch 3, has anyone seen this?

We are trying to move to Service test from Vugen for our Web Service scripting. We have not found an easier way to create parameters for our data arrays, except thru variables. Any suggestions?

We don't remember this in the past but we never paid close attention. Is this the expected and normal...

I have told my users that it is not possible to introduce Logic into manual Test cases. For example, populating the parameters of a test case based upon the resulting parameters from a previous case. Am I correct in this assumption or are there scripting methods that would allow this? Thanks, Gary
