Just ran QTP test with no problem and the HP run results viewer displays "Can't create data table". Does anybody know what is wrong

I accidentally uninstalled the HP Run Results Viewer. I tried to locate this on the Add ins page to reinstall but I am unable to find it. Where is this program installed from?

We are currently using HP Performance Center 12.20 with Windows 2008 Server R2 64-bit. How do we set results name in Performance center like we do in loadrunner controller(Results--> Results settings and set results name)?

I don't want to store my temporary results in the default location (C:\\\\TEMP\\\\TempResults). I want to use a different location. Is there a way to permanently change the default location so I don't have to type in a new location every time I run a test?

I see in ALM there are parameters to compress UFT results COMPRESS_GUI_TEST_RESULTS COMPRESS_API_TEST_RESULTS Anybody got this to work?

I have a test where I need for it to take a screenshot for results on every step of part of the test, but only if something fails on other parts of the test. Is there a way to do this?
