If I've created a "Requirements Only" or "Defects Only" user, as an example, can I still allow Dashboard and Release modules to their User Groups in Module Access without consuming a "Full" license for those users?

Hello, I am trying to import some Excel test cases to QC. Everything goes nicely, but when I am checking imported test in QC they do not have all of the rows. We're using a clustered/load balanced environment for our QC server application. When our users send a Defect email, the link is directly for whichever node is being hit within the cluster. Can I change this somehow to reflect the URL we have for the balancer?

I'm using the HP OTA API Reference guide for connecting to the OTA via C++, but it references `OTAClient80.dll` as the file used to import/connect. I'm not seeing this file; instead I have `OTAClient.dll` on my machine...?

In QC10, I'm looking for an easy way to filter and find users whenever I want to add them, but the "Import LDAP Users by Filter" doesn't seem to be working for me. I can see my list of folders and drill down to the users, but if I try to set a filter, I get no results...?
