Hi, We recently upgraded our ALM instance and now we are unable to copy and paste in the reports in the dashboard and within the requirements and test cases in test plans. What should we be looking into?

We have recently upgraded from HPE ALM 11 to 12.01. After upgrading we found that our admin groups that we created were no longer able to "Add Users from Site" unless they are Site Admin. Is there a new permission that is needed to allow this?
