Our DBA tells us they need to change the port for the Database instance used by our QC server. I see the old one in the connection string on our "dbservers" tab, can I just change it there, or is it deeper than that? How do I change it on all of my projects?

We regularly backup/restore our project DB/Schema's and corresponding project repository folders over to a disaster recovery server. Last week, we had an issue with a drive on our production server and since we had 2 copies of each project...the original one on the production server and a other back...

I am getting an unexpected file format error on a couple of lab pcs when trying to open some scripts from my test server of Quality Center, but other lab pcs open the scripts just fine. Is there some type of caching with in the local pc?

I have a server running QC. The server is in good working order but I cannot get the HP QC Service to start. I have tried starting it manually but the service stops immediately afterwards. Please advise.

Hi, I am experiencing issues when trying to either delete or create projects within our instance of ALM 11 with the most recent patch installed (patch 10 at the moment) as we thought this might repair the issue. The issue was not resolved by installing this patch. Does anyone have any suggestions on...
