My manager is trying to get a list of all the defects that have changed from two different status states, from "Reopen" to "Fixed" or from "Reopen" to "Closed". I am not able to do this using any of the default report filters, does anyone know a way to do this?

Some people in management would like to have a counter on defects that calculates how long a defect has taken to go from "Open" to "Closed" in minutes, is this something that we could accomplish?

I am trying to export from the Defects Module to an Excel Spreadsheet and I am getting an error "Could not export to a file." I am currently running ALM 11.50 (build 11.50.777.0). I receive the error then the export fails. What can I do to fix this?
