We just upgraded to QC/ALM12. Everything went fine (finally). During install, it launched the familiar Server Configuration Wizard, which launched Server Deployment Wizard. A new Report defect button on the main toolbar simplifies defect reporting. When you report a defect in this way, the defect is automatically linked to the entity from which it was reported. Where is this button? I cannot locate it anywhere. I have looked in all modules.
