Installed new QC Patch (P12). All users but one, have the new patch, old build number from prior patch is noted in Help/About. http://Server:Port/qcbin/About.htm shows Patch 12. Using IE 9 Any Ideas?

We are using QC 10 on XP machines, no need for admin rights for new or existing users, we just send them the QC URL, the 42 initial files load and they are on their way.
