Hello. Is there a way for us to report the metric of how many defects per day are in failed, retest, or reopened status? We are wanting to report the trend of the number defects in these 2 statuses.

Currently we have automail set up in QC, however there are certain conditions that we sometimes need an email to be sent to a user(other than the assigned to or detected by users), or a particular group when the status of a defect changes . Is there a way to do this through defect workflow?

OR, if you link a defect to a test in the Test Plan Module, it links the defect to all the tests that are in the same test set. This issue is happening in all pr...

Hello, I was wondering how I could reset the Bug counter within our ALM/QC applications. We were using it for testing, now as testing is completed we would like to delete everything used in testing, reset the counters, and start from new. Is this possible? Thanks for your help.
