I need to monitor Windows resources from SiteScope; however the only connection available in my network is over SSL connections. What is the best way to proceed?

I'm using HP Diagnostics to monitor my application servers. I'm able to see the aggregated data in HP Diagnostics; however, I would like to see the real-time raw metrics prior to the data being aggregated. I really need to see a low/atomic level view.

I'm using SiteScope to monitor by ubuntu Linux server. I see that SiteScope uses Telnet to make the connection. How to I get Telnet active on my Linux server?
