The Admin password I set when we installed mobile center has expired. I'm getting error 2912. How do I reset the password? It's been less than a year that we installed mobile center, how often does the password need to be resent for the administrator

I am connecting UFT to my oralce database. In doing so I am exposing my db username and password. Is there a way to mask the password so that I do not have to hard code it in my script? We just deployed ConnectAll to synchronize our QC defects and JIRA issues. It has been working just fine (version 2.9.10), but now we hear that our JIRA user (LDAP) that is used on the app-link will be expiring every 90 days. HOW do we plan for this password change?

Hi, We have an issue with finding out the qcadmin user account and password - we don't know what these are since the prior Admin is gone and trained no replacement. What options do we have not knowing this information and needing it for future use? Thanks, HomerJ
