This case was recently closed, but it appears to be back. Some users continue to get the following error when sending mail through QC. We haven't made any changes and most users do not see the error. Do y'all have anything else we can try? Unable to send email in asynchronous mode.

We're using a clustered/load balanced environment for our QC server application. When our users send a Defect email, the link is directly for whichever node is being hit within the cluster. Can I change this somehow to reflect the URL we have for the balancer?

We use DNS to reference the QC url so that the server name does not have to be used and instead we can use the alias when navigating to QC. In the defect emails sent from QC the link to go back to QC includes the server name and port instead of the alias. How can we change the email link sent in the...
