We're getting the following error while changing a field value of a requirement in grid view: "An outgoing call cannot be made since the application is dispatching an input-synchronous call." I installed the latest server patch (QC10 Patch 31), but the problem remains. Any ideas?

I'm migrating a project from QC10 but am receiving an error when trying to Restore to my QC11 instance. The error says "The PR_SMART_REPOSITORY_ENABLED tag in the dbid.xml file of the project must be assigned the value of 'N'." I've tried changing this but it doesn't work. Any help?
