On the standard Analysis Reports, the Export to Microsoft Excel is not working, Just get a "New Web Query" Screen. This is occuring on a new PC, old PC worked fine.

We are seeing that if the SLA is set, export summary to excel option is missing no icon or Menu option (View>Export to Excel). Only after the SLA is deleted are we able to export the summary to excel. Could you please let me know how to over come this issue?

I have a comma delimited file that I'd like to use for data input in my script, but I don't want to load it into Excel to be a data table as that would take too long and this data is generated by the application. Can I use this data in my script for input into text fields?
