We are currently using ALM Octane 12.60 CP11 and we are trying to understand the new Octane "Flexible upgrade paths" Can you help me understand how these work if we wanted to use the Long Term path and not have to hit every single small build in between?

While upgrading ALM to 11.55 on a new db and app server, I get a problem report indicating the project has checkouts that must be checked in. How do I get the items checked in or clear the issue through Site Administration on the new servers?

We have users that left the company and are no longer involved with ALM yet have checked out entities. We are trying to upgrade and having issues as the verification step flags the project as unable to be upgraded. How can we get around this issue?

Has the licensing mechanism changed in the new ALM 12.20? Can I use the same license as I had for 11.52 or will I need to get a new license?
