We have several users that are having an issue after upgrading from ALM 11.52 to 12.50. In their client the ALM/QC application is reduced compared to the the size of the browser window. when i hit ALM URL, and then click on "Click here to launch the installation", i am getting error poup at the bottom of browser. "The signature of ALM-Platform-Loader.msi is corrupt or invalid" Please help on high priority.

We were wondering if we need to involve our Oracle DBA to setup an Oracle TNS client on our ALM server to be able to communicate with our Oracle instance from ALM server. Are there other options?

Hi, ALM components were not loading for one of the end user I support. We are using ie 11 and windows 10, however when we try to connect to the ALM URL, it showing installation failed. please let us know how to fix this issue? Thanks, HomerJ
