We have several users that are having an issue after upgrading from ALM 11.52 to 12.50. In their client the ALM/QC application is reduced compared to the the size of the browser window. They are running 1920x1080 resolution and the zoom/DPI is 100%. Does anyone have any suggestions on this? ![alt te...

when i hit ALM URL, and then click on "Click here to launch the installation", i am getting error poup at the bottom of browser. "The signature of ALM-Platform-Loader.msi is corrupt or invalid" Please help on high priority.

Hi, ALM components were not loading for one of the end user I support. We are using ie 11 and windows 10, however when we try to connect to the ALM URL, it showing installation failed. please let us know how to fix this issue? Thanks, HomerJ
