Our users keep receiving this error...sometimes a reboot helps, sometimes not: A valid HP Service Test license could not be found. Not sure what's going on here.

Odd one here...on some of our client machines, UFT can't recognize our Java app as anything other than a Window...pretty sure the version of Java should be compatible...how can I get Object Spy to correctly recognize it as a javawindow??

I have FT licenses (GUI Only), but all I'm trying to do is run a GUI only test from ALM. It immediately complains about needing a full UFT license? This used to work with UFT 12.53. It runs fine directly from UFT. What's the deal?

I just installed UFT 12.54 and am going through the tutorial. I can't recognize any of the GUI objects in the Flight Reservation application...? I performed a standard installation. Help!

Some users have contacted me saying that they are not able to connect to HP ALM 12.5 via HP QTP 11. they are getting the error message, "failed to update components from server" while trying to connect to the server

Hi, I'm unable to establish a HP ALM connection from my UFT 12.01, as i'm thrown a error message as "Unexpected error has occurred" ![alt text][1] My ALM server is up and running. I was able to login to ALM from UFT earlier. Unsure as to what caused this issue Here is the stack trace image !...

Request in TOAD works fine I will get an unsupported datatype from UFT when I try to grab the CLOB / HUGECLOB column in the query and works fine when I leave it out and query other columns. I also get the error when I try to grab the entire row with "*" How do you do this in UFT/QTP
