We have a shared client machine that many users utilize to run the QC client. Lately, a few users have been reporting that when logged into QC via this machine, that attachment files cannot be viewed. They get a File Not Found error. I can log in to the machine as an admin and do not have the issue....

I have downloaded the API documents from the documentation library. When I open the files I get the index on the left, but all of the content on the right says "Page cannot be displayed".

Noticed some values in TestLab for group permissions are no longer able to be expanded to have any options set. Clicking on the plus sign does nothing. This is for QC11.52. Both endpoints on synchronizer time out when trying to connect. We are unable to get the synchronizer to connect to ALM, Jira, TFS or any other endpoint from the synchronizer server. What could be causing this?
