We tried ALM Client Launcher 3.1 back with ALM 12.6. We had to "prepare" our ALM server for use with client Launcher by zipping up the ALM "Client" files and placing in the "Apps" folder on our ALM server. I have learned for some ALM integration success, I need to have the client registered. Issue with that is some of our tester groups don't have admin rights for their workstation registry files. MSI was done in the past, and shortcuts distributed, but no client registration was done at that time....
