Hi, I installed ALM12.55 in Linux box. The installation folder is /var/opt/HP and Deployment folder is /ar/opt/ALM_deploy. The installation went successfuly. Later, I tried to install patch 2. When I try to access ALM, I am receiving the following error message. Error: Shared deployment folder is not synchronized with the server. Installation aborted. Contact your system administrator. Can you please assist me with this issue?
