Hello, As per the HPE ALM/QC System Requirements doc at http://admhelp.microfocus.com/alm/specs/alm-qc-system-requirements.htm HPE Quality Center Enterprise 12.5X - Databases it states it supports only Oracle 12C for Oracle DBs. That seems awfully restrictive is this accurate? Thanks, Homer

Hello, We had an issue with the starting the services in ALM. We are using ALM 12.55 and this issue occurred. We have a test instance of 12.60 and the same issue is occurring is this a known bug and issue in the latest versions? thanks, HomerJ
