I've somehow forgotten my admin password for Autopass and I can't login. I've clicked the Reset password button and get a message that it's been sent. I never receive the reset email and can't log in.

I'm trying to upgrade my APLS to the latest version, but during the uninstall, I received the error message, "Failed to remove the service HP AutoPass License Server. Please refer the user guide to remove the service manually." Problem is, the user guide says to run `hpLicService.bat remove`...

We upgraded from AutoPass 9.3.4 to AutoPass 10.3.0. Nothing else has changed, but we're receiving "License server is unavailable" on all of our UFT clients. I have confirmed TCP port 5814 is open/listening. Any ideas?

This is a weird one. I'm trying to install a UFT concurrent license in AutoPass, but it keeps disappearing. Any ideas?

I am wondering to find a way to stop or restart Autopass in Linux machine. I did find a way to start/stop or restart in Windows machine but not in Linux. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
