Currently in ALM Synchronizer 1.6 the "Get History" button in ALM synchronizer does not display the Last Full synchronization, it instead displays the last incremental synchronization. How can we view the history for the last full sync?

We currently synchronize defects from TFS to ALM using the ALM synchronizer. Once we sync the defects to ALM all of the Rich Text formatting is removed. Is there any way around this?
